Leadership Circles create a dedicated time and space for leadership teams to come together and place intention on how they’re leading their organizations. Our circles provide an opportunity to receive real-time feedback from other leaders and teammates about how we are operating with our teams, clients, and each other. Each meeting includes a deep dive into one (or more) specific topic(s) of Conscious Leadership with time to practice implementing new tools with the group
